Melissa Bonnel provides intuitive animal communication, energy-based, spiritual, and educational services intended to support insight, awareness, and the human–animal bond.

Important:

  • No diagnosis, prescription, prognosis, or medical advice is provided.

  • You agree to consult a licensed veterinarian, trainer, or other qualified professional for any health, behavioral, or emergency concerns involving your animal.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding your animal before, during, and after a session.

  • Any actions taken as a result of a session are your own choice and responsibility.

  • Results, insights, impressions, or outcomes are subjective and may vary.

  • You are over the age of 18 years old.

3. No Guarantees

While many clients find sessions meaningful, insightful, or supportive, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • Specific outcomes or results

  • Behavioral changes

  • Healing or resolution of issues

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

4. Scheduling, Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time.

  • Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered at my discretion.

6. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to a live session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • No refunds or extensions are guaranteed for late arrivals.

7. Communication Boundaries

  • Support between sessions (email, social media messages, or DMs) is not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your service.

  • I reserve the right to set reasonable communication boundaries to maintain energetic and professional integrity.

8. Confidentiality

  • All personal information and session content is kept confidential.

  • Information may only be shared with your consent, unless required by law.

  • Testimonials or anonymized stories may be shared for educational or promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content shared during sessions, on the website, or in written materials remains the intellectual property of Melissa Bonnel.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or resell any materials without written permission.

10. Energetic & Emotional Wellbeing

  • Intuitive and energy-based work may bring up emotional responses or personal insights.

Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Legal Disclaimer

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking a service with Melissa Bonnel, Sole Proprietor, in the State of California.24

Melissa Bonnel has a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may do so free of charge.

  • Changes made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled session are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows forfeit the full session fee.

  • Refunds are not issued for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
